Purchasing & Fulfillment Rules

Before purchasing

An approved Seller’s Permit is required to see wholesale prices and purchase stock. Quantity tiers and minimums apply to each SKU separately. Where offered, a below-minimum unit price is shown on the product page.

Inventory and payment

Your cart does not reserve inventory. Placing an order temporarily reserves stock until the payment deadline shown at checkout. Successful payment places the stock in your company’s inventory.

Dropship and pickup

Select dropship service when purchasing goods for dispatch. Only Dropship-ready units can be used for shipping labels. Both inventory types may be scheduled for pickup at least two business days in advance.

Labels and support

A single SKU batch creates one dispatch per label; a combo dispatch combines SKUs under one label. Preview the original label and check quantities before submitting. For help with a shipped dispatch, submit an After-sales Service request with photos and the original label.
